I do not take insurance and am not paneled with any insurance companies by design.

Let’s be honest about working with insurance.

It sucks. Total nightmare.

But bypassing insurance allows me to be more flexible and private with your treatment.

Don’t want a diagnosis? Great.
Don’t want your records exposed to random people at your insurance company? Done.
Don’t want to be told how many sessions you’re allowed to have in a year? Amazing.

Going private pay allows you and me to be free to tailor your care the way you want to. No Big Brother dictating your care here.

If you do choose to work with your insurance, please check with your carrier first. Some do not cover telehealth sessions at all and often require a mental health diagnosis for reimbursement.

I am happy to provide necessary documents for reimbursement though it will be your responsibility to work with your insurance carrier.

  • Initial 30-minute Consulation

    $0

  • Individual Session

    $175

  • Late Cancellation or Reschedule

    $175 if cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24-hour notice

  • No-show

    $175 if failure to arrive without notice

  • Meal Support Session

    $225
    These are individualized sessions for those who struggle with eating disorders and/or disordered eating.
